ANIL NEERUKONDA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY(ANES) has been founded by Dr. N. B. R. Prasad, an NRI Philanthropist from USA, in memory of his son,Late Anil Neerukonda. Working with missionary zeal, unrelenting commitment and strong financial backing, Dr.Prasad along with his friends, planned and completed the construction of a $6 million Venkteshwara Temple in greater Chicago area, and this temple of higher learning.

Dr.Prasad as Chairman and a number of eminent personnel with social commitment as its members, ANES has sponsored ANIL NEERUKONDA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCES(ANITS) in Bheemunipatnam Municipality,with the avowed objective of developing it as a "Center for excellence". Through the Anil Neerukonda Educational Society (ANES), NRIIMS was started in 2012, ANIDS(Anil Neerukonda Institute of dental Sciences) was started in 2013 with the intent to educate and develop knowledgeable and qualified doctors and dentists who can contribute to the society under the affiliation of Dr. NTR. University of Health Sciences.
